It’s not long to go until Easter weekend. In fact, it’s only four weeks away! The supermarkets will already have their shelves filled with Easter eggs, and you will soon start to notice little yellow chicks and toy rabbits begin to pop up in shop windows. Now is the time to start buying all of your Easter treats for the kids in your life.
What are you thinking of getting them? If, like me, you’re starting to get a bit bored of the traditional Easter egg, you might want to branch out and treat your little ones to something a bit different this year. And don’t forget that Easter gifts aren’t just for kids – there are also some great treats that are suitable for the adults in your life who make it special too! Here are some great Easter gift ideas for all ages, none of which are quite as boring as Easter eggs!
Book Tokens
Tokens are great because they take away all the stress of buying gifts and risking getting someone something that they don’t want and won’t use. Thanks to gift tokens, the recipient can choose their very own gift! But rather than getting tokens that can be used on anything, it’s a good idea to narrow things down. Why not treat someone to book tokens this year? These are great for adults and children. Plus, if the weather stays the way it is, there will be nothing better than getting snug with a good book this Easter weekend!
Hampers
If you have a reason to send someone an extra special gift this Easter, you could always pamper them with a deluxe hamper. Hampers are a great way to send a gift at any time of the year, but no one will be expecting one at Easter which will make it an extra nice surprise. You can buy different types of hampers that come with various contents. Whether you get them a savoury or sweet selection of food is up to you!
Board Games
Board games are traditionally given at Christmas time but there is nothing stopping you from gifting one at Easter too. In fact, this is a great option to give to your own kids as it will give you a fun activity for over the long Easter weekend. There’s nothing like spending quality time with the family, and a board game is a great way to enjoy each other’s company and have some bonding time!
A Rabbit Onesie
If you want an Easter-themed gift but want to steer clear of the eggs, then you could get your kids a super-cute rabbit onesie. They will then look just like the Easter bunny. This is a great excuse to get some cute Instagram shots of them! It’s also worth considering buying them some adorable rabbit-themed pyjamas as well.

Great ideas. It’s good to change things up sometimes. This is actually my daughter’s “first” Easter (she’s a toddler now so she understands a lot more) so I’ve been trying to think of what I can put in her Easter basket besides the original eggs and chocolate- I’m thinking books!

Never heard of this token option sounds like a cool idea for gift giving not only on Easter. It is easy! I personally think the rabbit onesie is a very cute idea maybe one for my daughter and one for my grandson =)
