It’s time for another Christmas gift guide here on the blog, and today it’s all about stocking fillers for her that are under £20. I hope it gives you some ideas of what you could stuff your loved ones stockings with this Christmas. Enjoy!
I love hand cream. And the Patisserie De Bain range from Rose & Co. is one of my favourites as they have some really delicious smelling products. So when I came across this gift set with a trio of their hand creams over on the Just My Look website recently, I just knew I had to include them in this gift guide! It includes two hand creams that I use all the time – Cranberries & Cream and Strawberry Cream – and one called Sweet as Cherry Pie, which I’ve been wanting to try for ages! I always find that these hand creams leave my hands feeling silky soft and smooth as well as smelling divine. And they’re the perfect size to pop in my handbag when I’m out and about. I highly recommend them!
I love gifting This Works products at Christmas as they always go down a treat. And this year I’m loving this cute little bauble filled with miniature products designed to help the recipient get a better nights sleep. It contains a Deep Sleep Pillow Spray, which has a blend of Lavender, Camomile and Vetivert essential oils to help them drift off into a peaceful sleep. A Deep Sleep Plus Pillow Spray, which is similar to the first one, but designed for those who are very restless during the night. And finally, my favourite This Works sleep product – their Deep Sleep Stress Less roller-ball. You basically roll this over your pulse points and it works as a rescue remedy to aid calm days and restful nights.
These are some of the best This Works products in my opinion, and I think new mums or people who struggle to get a good nights sleep would be super grateful to receive a gift like this in their stocking this Christmas.
I don’t know about you guys, but I love getting slipper socks for Christmas. I always treat my loved ones to Totes ones as I find the quality of these are so much better than the other alternatives on the market. This year I’m totally in love with this twin pack of novelty slipper socks which come in the cutest gift box! The first pair of socks have cream and grey stripes, face detail with a pom pom nose and non-slip tread. And the second pair are designed to look like little bears. They are cream with grey accents, a bear face and pom poms for ears. These too have a non-slip tread and I think they’d make such a cute gift for a loved one this Christmas. I haven’t decided yet whether I’m keeping these for myself or popping them in Stacey’s stocking as a surprise. What do you think I should do?
When I saw this Christmas tree shaped body butter trio in Boots last week I just knew I had to pick it up to include in this gift guide! The trio includes three absolutely gorgeous smelling body butters – fruity strawberry, sweet mango and luscious vanilla – all containing fairtrade ingredients. Each tub contains 50ml of product, which I think is really generous, and they feel lovely and moisturising on the skin. I love them and think they’d make a brilliant stocking filler for a loved one this year.
CRABTREE & EVELYN ALL-BUTTER CHRISTMAS PUDDING BISCUITS – £5.00
Last year a friend of mine bought me some Christmas Pudding flavoured biscuits from one of my favourite brands, Crabtree & Evelyn. And I know that they’re not going to be everyone’s cup of tea, but I thought they were absolutely delicious! They’re packed with fruit and have a beautiful, buttery taste to them. I managed to find a tube of them in my local store and I’ve been devouring them with a nice cup of tea every evening. Yum! And if biscuits are something someone on your Christmas list loves, but you don’t think they’d enjoyed Christmas Pudding flavoured ones, why not check out the rest of the range at Crabtree & Evelyn? They have Salted Caramel & Belgian Milk Chocolate, Triple Chocolate Chunk, Strawberries & Clotted Cream and lots more.
This year I’ve picked up quite a few of these super cute Rudolph and Blitzen’s Nose mini pore refiners from the Konjac Sponge Company. The sponges are the ideal size for targeting and refining pores, reaching deep into the creases around the nose and chin where larger pores tend to develop.
Blitzen’s nose has charcoal to help draw out stubborn bacteria and oils that can cause nasty spots. And Rudolph’s nose has red French clay to help with dry and damaged skin. It’s even suitable for people suffering from Eczema, Rosacea or Psoriasis. Konjac Sponges are also Vegan friendly, so they make awesome stocking fillers for absolutely everyone! And just how cute are they?!
Now, I know what you’re thinking : Why is Lou including a Summer fragrance in her Christmas gift guide? Well, I have to be honest and say that even though this is supposed to be a more summery scent, I tend to associate fig with winter, so I just couldn’t resist including it!
This particular EDT is from The Body Shop’s Voyage Collection, and it blends the succulent scent of Italian summer fig with a feminine touch of Tuscan rose and enveloping amber. It has a really fresh, fruity scent to it, and although it seems to be quite ‘in your face’ when you first spritz it on, it soon settles down to a lovely, more subtle scent. I absolutely love it and think the 50ml version would make a lovely little stocking filler this year.
This next stocking filler is probably my favourite of all the gifts I’ve picked out to show you this year. It’s from Sanctuarty Spa, and if you follow me on Instagram you’ll know that I’ve been loving their Christmas collection this year!!
The Jar of Delights contains 5 delicious Sanctuary treats for the lucky recipient to use to #LetGo and pamper themselves with this Christmas. They’ll get a cleansing burst body wash, a silky smooth body lotion, a foaming creamy bath soak, a velvety hand cream and a gorgeous exfoliating mitt, all housed inside the most beautiful glass jar. Sanctuary products smell absolutely divine, and the jar can be used for other things once the products have been used up. I’m going to use mine for storing cotton wool balls in my bathroom. I love it!
I’m sure you guys are sick of me talking about how great Zoella Lifestyle products are to give as Christmas gifts, but I genuinely love them for the younger generation! This year I am gifting loads of these gorgeous Gingerbread Village candles to my loved ones as they smell divine and surprisingly fill the room with fragrance! The candle comes beautifully packaged and smells good enough to eat! It has scents of ginger, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg, and if you know someone who loves Christmassy candles then this is the gift I’d recommend giving them this Christmas.
And last but not least I’ve picked out this gorgeous Washington DC Fall/Winter ’16 mini nail polish gift set from OPI. The set includes 3 absolutely stunning shades which are perfect for the Autumn and Winter season – Inside The ISABELLEtway, Kerry Blossom and Liv In The Gray. I always feel really spoilt when I receive OPI gifts for Christmas, so I know these are bound to go down well as a stocking filler for a loved one this year. What do you guys think?
And there you have it – my Stocking Fillers For Her post has come to an end! I hope it’s given you some ideas of what you could gift the lucky lady in your life this year. I also have loads of other gift guides going live soon, with ideas for people who love home fragrance, gifts for teenage girls and more. Make sure you keep an eye out for them!
